• For determining sports event outcomes, pk444 follows official results. In contested situations, the decision of the relevant sports governing body is final.

• Attempting to probe, exploit, or take advantage of any vulnerability or weakness in pk444's systems.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods or chargeback fraud.

• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other members.

Pk444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under certain circumstances.

• If a breach of the Terms is confirmed, the account may be suspended immediately.

• Members will be notified by email before any permanent account closure — except in urgent cases such as fraud or money laundering, where the account may be closed without prior notice.
• Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account will be closed after any remaining balance has been settled.
• In the event of a bonus violation, only the bonus will be forfeited — your original deposit will remain intact.
